Express Entry: build the strongest profile you can actually support
Express Entry is Canada’s federal application-management system for skilled immigration. It manages candidates under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades Program.
Creating a profile is only one part of the process. The real work is making sure your eligibility, CRS score, work history, education, language results and supporting evidence align before an invitation arrives.

How we approach Express Entry
Most applications are lost long before submission — in the strategy, the timing and the evidence. We start by understanding your situation in full, then decide whether Express Entry is genuinely the strongest route for you, or whether another Canadian pathway fits better.
From there the work is practical: confirming eligibility, building the file, preparing you for what officers will question, and keeping the strategy consistent from first assessment to final decision. You always know where your file stands and what happens next.
Because our team also works in business consulting, entrepreneurs and professionals get advice that considers the commercial and career side of the move, not only the immigration forms.

Who this may suit
Express Entry is not the right answer for everyone. Before any documents are prepared, we look at whether your background, timing and objectives genuinely fit this route, and whether another pathway would serve you better. The profiles below are the ones we most often see succeed.

What determines your position
Express Entry considers factors such as:
03
2026 category-based selection
Canada currently uses category-based selection in addition to other Express Entry rounds. Categories can change and eligibility rules are specific to each category.
Current 2026 categories include:
04
Important job-offer note
A qualifying job offer can still matter for eligibility in some circumstances, but Express Entry no longer awards additional CRS points merely for having a job offer.
05
Synova service
Our role is to turn Express Entry from a list of requirements into a managed file. We stay involved from the first assessment through to the final decision, so that strategy, evidence and communication with the authorities stay consistent.
06
Common strategic issues
Most refusals are not caused by a single missing form. They come from issues that were visible early and left unaddressed. These are the ones we look for first.
07
Process
Every Express Entry file follows a sequence. Knowing the order in advance helps you plan finances, timing and family decisions instead of reacting to each step as it arrives.
