Canada
Canada immigration
Canada has multiple federal and provincial systems. The strongest pathway depends on the relationship between your profile and the rules in effect when you apply.
Express Entry
For skilled workers competing under Canada’s federal economic immigration system.
Express Entry + PNP Strategy
For candidates who may benefit from provincial nomination in addition to their federal profile.
Provincial Entrepreneur Immigration
For experienced business owners and senior managers prepared to actively operate a qualifying Canadian business.
International Mobility Program
LMIA-exempt work permit categories including selected company-transfer, international-agreement and significant-benefit situations.
Family Sponsorship
For eligible spouses, partners, dependent children and qualifying family-reunification cases.
Europe
Europe: more than one type of opportunity
Europe does not have one universal “startup visa.” Each country defines its own founder, entrepreneur, talent, skilled-worker or remote-work route. Synova helps clients compare suitable countries before committing to one application.

What makes Synova different
Immigration expertise. Business expertise. One strategy.
Many immigration firms focus mainly on the application. Synova combines regulated Canadian immigration expertise with professional business consulting, creating strategies that make sense both for immigration and for the client’s broader business and career goals.
Immigration expertise
Reza Masinaei, RCIC-IRB, Class L3 – Unrestricted Practice, leads Synova's immigration practice. He brings extensive experience across immigration, business and finance, holds a PhD in Management, and has supervised more than 6,000 visa and immigration applications.
Business expertise
Moe Mohammadi brings more than 15 years of experience in consulting, marketing and business development. His background includes business studies at Langara College (Vancouver) and Certificates of Specialization in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Harvard Business School.
Two perspectives, one team
Reza leads the immigration strategy while Moe focuses on the business model, market, investment plan and execution, bringing both sides of a business immigration case together.
Beyond the application
Synova can continue supporting entrepreneurs with business planning, market research, company structuring, startup development and growth strategy after the immigration process begins.
