Reza is an accomplished Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with over 10 years of Canadian work experience, including 6 years in the field of immigration. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, MBA, and Immigration Law. As Co-Founder and Director of Synova Immigration, Reza has helped over 5000 applicants immigrate to Canada. Prior to his career in immigration consulting, he worked as a Financial Advisor for financial institutions such as Sun Life Financial, Scotiabank, and HSBC Canada. Licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Reza holds an L3 unrestricted practice license, allowing him not only to consult clients, but also to represent them in Immigration Tribunals (IRB).

Moe has over 15 years of experience in marketing and consulting, with a background in Mechanical Engineering. He pursued his PPD in Business Administration from Langara College in Vancouver and earned Specialization Certificates in Strategy and Specialization Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Harvard Business School. Moe’s career includes serving as a Marketing Representative at Nottingham University Malaysia Campus for 8 years and acting as the CEO of Royal Canada Consulting, a leading consultancy firm. As Co-Founder and Director of Synova Immigration, he has guided thousands of immigrants to settle in Canada and supported over 500 startups with business planning and growth.
